Eileen McNicholas is a native of Kenmare, a small coastal town on Ireland’s west coast, who has called the D.C. region home for the last 30 years. She began her career in the luxury hotel and resort sector before moving into real estate, where she has now spent 23 years buying and selling homes across D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
Eileen spent nearly a decade (2013–2023) with Northrop Realty, A Long & Foster Company, before joining Talout International in January 2023. She holds the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) and Pricing Strategy Analyst (PSA) designations and is licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Colleagues describe her as a “relationship realtor” — warm and approachable, but a skilled negotiator at the table. Clients across the region have turned into personal friends over the course of her career.
